Driver agreement with RYDE Company Ltd.
Terms and Conditions



  • The age should not be less than 20 years and not more than 65 years old.
  • The absence of precedents in the forensic evidence sheet.
  • The ability to read and write.
  • Knowledge of dealing with the vehicle steering system of the RYDE application.

  • The presence of a valid license.
  • A valid driving license that includes the driver’s ownership of the vehicle or his actual use of it in case the vehicle was funded by one of the approved financing agencies.
  • An insurance policy covering civil liability towards third parties.

  • The vehicle’s service life should not exceed five years from the start of the manufacturing year.
  • The distance between the two centers of the vehicle should not be less than 2.75m.
  • The existence of a valid technical periodic inspection of the vehicle in accordance with the Traffic Law and its implementing regulations.
  • The vehicle must have the following tools and supplies (spare tire, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, reflective triangle, and the equipment needed to change tires) and that all of them are in sound technical condition.
  • The permanent maintenance of the internal cleanliness of the vehicle.
